How to purchase software from CloneBD?

We offer an online purchase link which is encrypted and secure. Just go to http://www.clonebd.com/buy.html to fill in your payment information, immediate online delivery or CD-ROM (costs an addition fee $9.95) will be available! In addition the on line credit card order, the following orders are also available:

Credit Card Order by Fax: Click https://secure.emetrix.com/order/orderform.txt to go to the fax order form. Fill out the applicable information, and send the form to the fax number located at the top of the form.

Check / Money Order: Click https://secure.emetrix.com/order/orderform.txt to go to the check order form. Fill out the applicable information, and send the form with payment to the address located at the top of the form.

What is "Extended Download Service"?

The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor (SWREG) at an additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to 1-year re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep a backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.

Do I have to purchase this "Extended Download Service"? What if I don’t purchase it?

The short answer is NO. Once you purchase any product from CloneBD, you can retrieve the download and registration information for the product you purchased for free. The only concern for you is that CloneBD always keeps the latest version of the product on our server. If you only need to download the very version when you purchased at any time, then you can add this extended download service as a plus.

When will I receive my product?

As soon as your payment is received, an Order Confirmation Email (Order Receipt) will be sent to you immediately with your license code and software download link (Please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery).

You can download the latest trial version from the download section and use your license code to unlock it. If you have specifically ordered a backup CD (additional cost US$9.95), the delivery time for the CD is the following:
USA: maximum 7 business days
Europe: 9 business days
Rest of world: 21 business days

What is your update policy?

Minor version update: We offer lifetime free minor version update, e.g. free update from version 4.0 to version 4.1

Major version update: Old users can enjoy half price for major version update, e.g. half price update from version 4 to version 5. For the exact update price, please refer to our official website http://www.clonebd.com/.

License FAQs

I have purchased the software, but I have not got my license code, why?

First of all, check your spam/trash folder. License code is sent automatically and sometimes mistaken for spam by email providers. You can also retrieve your license code by sending your order ID and email address used when you purchased to support#clonebd.com. Our support staff will resend your license code within 24 hours after receiving your request.

I lost my license code, what should I do?

Please send us your order ID and email address used to register with the license code at support#clonebd.com . Our support staff will retrieve your license code for you within 24 hours.

My license code does not work. How to fix it?

If you have just purchased the product, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the product that is available on our official website http://www.clonebd.com/buy.html. Copy and Paste your license code as it figures in email that was sent to you.

If your problem has not been fixed via above, please send us your license code, order ID and a detailed description on the error you got to support#clonebd.com. Our support staff will fix it for you within 24 hours.

My email address changed. How to update my registration info?

Please send us your order ID and license code to support#clonebd.com. Our support staff will reset your license code within 24 hours.
